There was a trend for improved agreement after the online training, but the differences between attempt A and B were non-significant.
Conclusion:
Excellent to moderate agreement and small average deviations of inexperienced observers from the reference were found for most anatomical locations and T-score after self-learning. While the average deviations were small, individual values for some observers and cases were substantial. Structured training significantly improved the observers’ theoretical knowledge, which translated into a borderline increase of T-scoring accuracy at diagnosis. Anatomical locations of T score requiring special pedagogic attention have been identified. Further study is needed to assess the T-scoring variation of observers, experienced in gynecologic radiation oncology.
