Twelve participants successfully submitted to the challenge. One participant used two different methods, resulting in thirteen entries. Three of the entries were unable to adhere to the treatment prescription, rather submitting based on full automation of their own clinic’s routine prescription. Figure 1 shows the score out of 100 when evaluated using the consensus contour and the participant’s own contours for the 10 main challenge cases. Figure 2 illustrates the range of participant scores for each case. Performance was best in prostate only cases (4, 6, 8, 11). Worst performance was observed for the prostate bed cases (10 and 13). The “winning” entry met 82.1% of the treatment objectives and constraints. On average, 79.6% of objectives and constraints were met by those entries aiming to adhere to the prescription.

The majority (11) of participants reported that their full workflow took less than one hour per case (range 90 seconds to 20 hours). Three of the entries reported no human intervention in the process once started, with the
