ESTRO 2024

Conclusion:

In conclusion, we compared various semi-automatic segmentation approaches based on PSMA-PET data in high-risk PC patients with histopathology as the reference. Among the methods, cut-off values of SUV 4.5, and SUVmax 40% demonstrated the best resemblance with the histopathology reference. Multi-level Otsu with three threshold values showed relatively comparable outcomes, suggesting its potential as an alternative approach to SUV 4.5 and SUV max 40%.
