Conclusion:

A combined automatic OAR and sCT solution has been evaluated for prostate MR-only radiotherapy. Dose differences were within the inter-observer variability limit for all OARs except for the bowel bag and the D5% femoral head constraint. This suggests that the combined solution is sufficiently accurate for clinical use except for these OARs. Further work will refine models for these OARS to improve their accuracy. This will enable a highly efficient MR-only pathway, with a single imaging appointment generating automatic OAR contours, sCT image and high quality images for manual GTV delineation.
