Conclusion:
The applied 3D printing allowed the fabrication of a vertebral phantom with density inhomogeneities of a bone-like structure. The feasibility of QA measurements in this phantom was demonstrated. The scintillator is recommended as the detector of choice for plan-specific QA in such a geometry. The unshielded diode and microDiamond detector proved effective in open fields but showed limitations in offset fields. Consequently, it can be inferred that they are less suitable or that the measurement results must be corrected to a greater extent.
