This novel two-step DOAWL test combines cine-EPID acquisitions during DCA treatment, the OAWL test, and an advanced analysis algorithm and may constitute an effective and clinically relevant quality-control approach for multiple-brain-metastasis SRT. This methodology provides valuable information regarding the precision of treatment. Its implementation in routine periodic verifications could significantly improve the quality-control process, thereby enhancing the patient outcomes of multiple-brain-metastasis SRT.
