Conclusion:
A Dynamic Anthropomorphic Thorax PHAntom (DATPHA) was successfully developed and manufactured. DATPHA closely replicates human torso anatomy, encompassing dimensions, shape, and tissue properties. It notably demonstrates the highest degree of tissue density and HU similarity compared to similar phantoms. Consequently, DATPHA represents a valuable and robust tool for comprehensive validation of the entire lung SBRT workflow, addressing critical aspects of dosimetry and imaging quality assurance requirements.
Keywords: lung SBRT, dynamic phantom, end-to end test
