Figure 1: Dice and 95th percentile Hausdorff distance for the bladder, rectum, sigmoid and small bowel between the three pairs of segmentations for the patients treated after the clinical introduction of auto-segmentation: auto-segmentations (“auto”), manually edited auto-segmentations for clinical use (“edit”), fully manual retrospective segmentations (“manual”). The median time that the RTTs spent segmenting the OARs is shown in figure 2. The time spent segmenting decreased significantly (p<0.01) from 32 (range of 13-45) minutes before the introduction of auto-segmentation to 15 (range of 0-48) minutes after.
