Conclusion:

This study highlights CHI’s effectiveness as a plan evaluation tool for SIB-VMAT in HN tumors. However, its current limitation is in its capability to evaluate only 2 PTVs which necessitates the development of more robust equation for assessing multiple PTVs. Further research is warranted to elucidate CHI role in SIB-VMAT based planning.
