Conclusion:
As a conclusion, the plans that used a bolus with 0HU and -100HU give similar PTV and surface dose coverage. Although 0HU might be slightly better, up to +1% increased surface coverage when performing plan uncertainty parameters. All plans present similar doses to OARs. All in all, the use of auxiliary structures for optimisation combined with the limitation of the MU and ASC high produced robust plans for breast and axillary nodes patients.
