Conclusion:
We have evaluated two DIR strategies for estimating delivered dose for abdominal OAR. In this study, a clear geometrical advantage was observed for OW DIR compared to the Global DIR strategy. Notice, however, that not all registrations reached the cut of mDTA ≤ 3mm, proposed by TG-132 (2), which could be caused by starting the registration using a global rigid frame-of-reference registration instead of organ-specific initialisation.
