Both irradiation techniques are feasible and safe, there is no clinically significant differences between the dose coverages of the target volumes. Compared to LINAC, the irradiated volume could be reduced with CK using Synchrony fiducial respiratory motion tracking. The average DVH values of OARs were similar or better with CK, but these parameters depended on tumour location, as well. The liver could be better protected using CK. Treatments with higher BED values can be delivered with respiratory motion tracking with CK.
