Conclusion:

Auto and clinical plans resulted in equally good coverage of target volumes. For several OARs the auto plan result in lower doses. However, higher doses to the pelvic and sacral bones were seen. As Embrace II criteria does not specify dose limits to these skeletal structures, this should be further investigated and thereby should the script be further developed.
