Results for the treatment plans generated by the automated TP pipeline are shown in Figure 1 for the whole patient cohort. As seen, the templated-based planning strategy effectively achieved the desired integrated boost dose distribution, meeting the coverage criteria (EQD295%) (Fig.1).

Figure 2 presents the dosimetric comparisons of automated and manual planning for the ten selected patient cases.

Statistical analysis revealed that manual plans and template plans did not significantly differ in terms of OAR metrics. However, statistically significant differences were observed in all the dose metrics presented in Figure 2, with variations in mean values below 3%. The integral dose to the patient and the total number of monitor units did not significantly differ between manual and automatic approaches. Evaluation of TCPs and NTCPs showed no statistically significant differences between the automated and manual strategies.
