Conclusion:
Brachytherapy devices and implants, such as EP, can be 3D printed with radiopaque polymers, and fixing radioactivity in them by designing cylindrical radioactive cavities (CRC) instead of radioactive seeds, allows a collimation effect of the low-energy photons. This phenomenon can be exploited to delineate the contours of target volumes more precisely.
Keywords: radioactive cavities, Monte-Carlo, episcleral
