Conclusion:
Our software is the first to allow for accurate, patient-specific dose calculations on OCT images for intravascular brachytherapy. We have shown that inadequate dose is delivered to a lesion area with water-based treatment planning. Our software can serve as a decision-making tool for clinicians to make informed decisions on risk stratification and follow-up strategies for in-stent restenosis patients.
