Conclusion:

sCTs based on different low dose CBCT levels using cycleGAN and CUT were investigated. All sCTs yielded comparably high HU, dosimetric and positioning accuracy. In the contour analysis, a significant lower accuracy was observed for 15% and 10% dose sCTs. Based on contouring accuracy, 25% is the minimum imaging dose recommended.
