The dosimetric comparison of the same plan on kVCT acquired before and after the TDC upgrade showed that the Dmean on kVCT after the upgrade is closer to the original plan (bottom right).

Conclusion:

The TDC upgrade has significantly enhanced kVCT imaging quality, resulting in improved accuracy in dose calculation for offline adaptive radiotherapy.
