Conclusion:

Surface-guided setup with ETD is a viable alternative to traditional skin markers, and prepositioning using ETD SGRT has become a standard practice in our clinical workflow for all breast cancer patients treated in free breathing. Furthermore, we were able to use surface data to track the intrafraction motion with respiration excluded. Systematic movement was observed in the vertical direction, but it was considered negligible in a clinical setting.
