Results:

The results of different OARs using modalities are shown in Figures 1 and 2. There were significant dose differences between the planned and delivered doses. The mean dose variations in parotids were up to 10% and d1cc and dmax of the spinal cord were 3%. There were no significant differences for V26Gy of parotid and mandible doses with variations of 3% and -0.8% respectively. The doses estimated by PerFRACTION™ vary significantly from the reference value for the right Parotid (p < 0.02) and spinal cord (p=0) without differences from the planned value. Adaptive synthetic CT shows comparable values with delivered parameters except for the spinal cord with 2% (p<0.03). No significant difference from the reference was estimated by dose deformation using Velocity™ (p>0.1). The dose differences between week 1 and week 2 were comparatively small compared to week 5. Most estimates of the doses have not shown any statistical significance in week 1 and 2. However, the large differences were observed in week 4 and week 5.
