Purpose/Objective:

Online Adaptive Radiotherapy (ART) aims to enhance treatment accuracy by reducing setup uncertainties and improving target localisation. Head and neck cancer is a technically challenging site where anatomical and positional changes during treatment sessions are frequent. ART can assess this challenge. Using CBCT for online ART is a dynamic and iterative treatment process. It requires fast image acquisition, quick outlining of all relevant OARs and targets, and rapid plan creation. This can be better accomplished by embedding automated methods such as auto contouring and auto-planning within the ART workflow. The use of CBCT images for adaptive planning is a topic that has been explored for several years now, but the innovation lies in the online implementation of this technique. Currently, this topic is gaining considerable interest, especially due to the introduction of systems that facilitate, automate, and expedite the various steps involved in the process. We managed to exploit auto-contouring and auto-
