Conclusion:
Margin expansions for prediction error were largest in the SI direction, with a magnitude of 2.3 mm. Differences between the 95th percentile and the 99th percentile of prediction error were up to 1mm, indicating that personalized margins would be a better solution. Lesions closer to the diaphragm should be considered carefully, as the margin expansions and interfractional changes of these lesions were larger.
