Conclusion:

MLC tracking can be used to optimise the dose delivered to multiple independently moving targets in the lung. Multi target tracking enables the use of smaller treatment margins compared to standard treatment methods and improves dosimetric accuracy to the target, potentially allowing for doses to be safely escalated for locally advanced lung cancer patients.
