Our proposed method consistently outperformed B-spline DIR for all metrics. Specifically, landmarks TRE for E2E and LDD were recorded at 1.14±1.47mm and 1.00±1.08mm, respectively, reducing the B-spline's TRE of 2.79±1.88mm by more than half. For whole-body MAE, both E2E (31.48±37.90HU) and LDD (31.64±38.32 HU) considerably surpassed B-splines (35.46±46.99 HU). Furthermore, to gauge the efficacy of our methods in handling challenging regions, specifically for the sliding boundary, we assessed both the MAE and Dice coefficients of ribcage. Without any registration, the metrics stood at 75.40±86.70HU and 89.30%. B-splines offered only a marginal improvement, with metrics at 65.65±68.45HU and 90.41%. In contrast, E2E and LDD dramatically reduced ribcages' MAE to 46.57±46.05HU and 46.70±46.72HU, respectively. For Dice coefficients, the figures increased to 92.54% for E2E and
