Purpose/Objective:
In the phase II prospective STEAL trial, online adaptive stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) with a library of plans is employed to safely increase the dose to the target for patients with abdominopelvic lymph node oligometastases. Here, we report the primary endpoint local control, toxicity, and provide insights into the process of selecting the plans from the library.
