Conclusion:
Same-session MRI-only simulation and treatment with SMART for spine oligometastases was feasible and safe in this prospective clinical trial. This novel treatment planning paradigm enables expedited same-day simulation and treatment for spine SBRT without requiring prior CT simulation, which may be of particular benefit for patients traveling from far away for their treatment.
