Conclusion:

This exploration pioneers the investigation of the simultaneous impact of magnetic fields and respiratory motion in onboard MR-guided PBS proton therapy. Comparable dosimetric effects were observed across varying magnetic field strengths, indicating that the motion effects for MR-guided proton therapy may not present more significant challenges than those encountered in conventional PBS proton therapy.
