Conclusion:

Significantly lower normal lung dose was observed for the lung SBRT patients using MRgRT resulting from the elimination of the ITV. However, better lung sparing comes at the cost of reduced conformity, higher ipsilateral lung dose, and higher skin dose. These results should be taken into considerations for clinical decision making towards optimal response, especially for patients with high risk factors.
