ESTRO 2024

Patients had a setup time (mean ± statistical deviation) of 20.1 ± 4.9 minutes (Figure1) and a treatment time of 5.0 ± 6.4 minutes. Only 11 fractions were interrupted during treatment (14.7%). The prostate had a displacement <1 mm in 79.37%, 84.64% and 81.28% of the treatment time in the lateral, longitudinal and vertical position respectively and between 1 and 2 mm in 20.63%, 15.36% and 18.72%. Figure 2. The results showed that most of the displacements were <2 mm in any direction. However, in 14.7% of the sessions, the movement of the prostate exceeded the predefined tolerance, which would have been undetectable without this system.
