Conclusion:
A markerless tumour and OAR tracking method for pancreatic cancer SABR was developed and evaluated on representative intra-fraction imaging. Despite the challenges of organ tracking in the abdominal region due to low tissue contrast in kV images, our model was able to track the organs within clinically acceptable uncertainties. The training time and the prediction time are sufficient for real-time clinical applications.
