AC was 0.18 cm, 0.17 cm and 0.14 for duodenum, liver and stomach, respectively, and for BH was 0.32 cm, 0.18 cm, and 0.22 cm duodenum, liver and stomach, respectively.

Conclusion:

This work quantified the inter- and intra-observer variation in contouring of three abdominal OAR across three motion management strategies: AC, BH and FB. No motion management strategy was found to have superior similarity in interobserver contouring across all contoured OAR. BH, hypothesized to have superior similarity for organs in comparison to AC and FB demonstrated lowest interobserver similarity, although this may be due to the method of generation from T1W mDIXON. However, this work does suggest that motion management strategies should be selected on the basis of target location, and on a patient-by-patient basis.
