Conclusion:
The dose accumulation pipeline can be used to quantify dosimetric differences between the online adaptive treatment plans and the pre-treatment plan of prostate cancer patients treated on a 1.5 T MR-linac. The novel pre treatment and adaptive optimization approach results in prostate IMRT plans with lower mean OAR dose as compared to the clinical plans.
