Purpose/Objective:

Online adaptive radiation therapy (ART) has emerged as an advanced treatment strategy, utilizing cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) for real-time treatment planning. However, the time-consuming nature of contouring, quality assurance, scheduling, and adaptive plan creation poses challenges in clinical practice. In accordance with our clinical protocol, set-up corrections are performed with a secondary CBCT scan after the adaptive plan phase just before treatment. This study aims to investigate the changes in patient position and their implications on the necessity of the secondary CBCT scan
