Conclusion:

Analysis of MRIg-SABR delivered fractions showed that at least 70% of all patients needed an intervention to correct for intra-fractional changes. Intra-fraction corrections exceeding the PTV margin amounted 42% of all cases. A small proportion of patients needed treatment compensation with an additional (partial) fraction due to the large anatomical changes observed that could not be corrected by means of a 3D translation. DIR-based dose accumulation with intra-fractional plan reoptimization was found needed in MRIg-SABR to account for intra-fractional changes.
