Ultimately, the adapted strategy was validated against 15 new clinical cases through a planning comparison analysis. The planning comparison was based on a predefined set of clinical goals for PTVs and OARs including both lungs, left breast, heart, and right coronary. Auto-plans treatment geometry and segmentation settings were copied from manual plans. The dose prescription of 48 Gy was normalized to the PTV_Boost median volume for all plans.

Results:
