Results:
For the derivation cohort median FU and OS were 18.9 and 34.4 months respectively, and for the validation cohort: 37 and 30 months. The developed model was able to simulate ALCs accurately (Figure 2A). The median correlation of modeled and actual ALCs was 0.96 (Figure 2B).
Nadir means(sd) were 0.372(0.201), 0.349(0.163), and 0.280(0.08)x10 9 /L for derivation actual, derivation modeled, and validation modeled, respectively.
Results of Cox models are shown in Table 1. Both actual and modeled nadir were significantly associated with OS in univariate models with HR<0. The residual calculated nadir was also significantly associated with OS together with ln(GTV), suggesting that modeled ALCs carried uncorrelated but prognostic impact on OS.
