Conclusion:
Excellent 5%/2 mm GPRs were obtained for all verifications. Agreement worse than -5% for the D90% metric observed in 4.8% of the adapted plans. A specific DLGC tuning for the SBRT online technique is being assessed in our department, based on the results described by Shepard et al (J Appl Clin Med Phys. 2021 Mar;22(3):216-223).

Purpose/Objective:
The AAPM published in 2016 its TG-100 group report on the application of risk analysis methods to quality management in radiotherapy, in which it selected three risk assessment and mitigation tools already used in industrial engineering: process mapping, failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA), and fault tree analysis (FTA), due to their wide acceptance in the industry. Relatively coincidentally, this paper presents the preventive detection of an accelerator magnetron overtriggering from measurements made with a high time resolution detector.
