Conclusion:

The machine-log from MR-Linac provides a reliable depiction of the MLC status throughout the treatment process. By utilizing our in-house machine-log-based QA tool with the optimal mean MLC positional error threshold, the efficiency and detectability on the MLC error of the treatment plan is enhanced with high specificity and sensitivity.
