Figure 1 shows the changes in the PTV mean dose produced by the known errors calculated in Eclipse and PerFRACTION. The mean difference dose between both systems was 0.4% for the head and neck plan, 0.5% for the gynecological plan, and 0.9% for the lung plan.

The mean sensitivity was 0.92 ([0.80, 1.00]) for PerFRACTION, 0.7 ([0.54,0.77]) for ArcCHECK and 0.58 ([0.40, 0.85]) for the EPID. Minimum and maximum values for sensitivity were obtained for errors of more than 1% and 5%, respectively. The mean specificity was 0.78 ([0.6, 1.0]) for PerFRACTION, 0.94 ([0.8, 1.0]) for ArcCHECK and 0.96 ([0.9, 1.0]) for EPID.

Figure 2 shows ROC curves for errors higher than 3%. The optimal cut-point values were 75.8% for PerFRACTION, 96.6% for ArcCHECK and 99.2%for EPID measurements.
