Results:

The registration algorithm generated 10 DVFs within 1s, which can reduce the 94.17% MSE between phase CT and pCT, significantly proving the accuracy of the 4D dose. The gamma passing rates (GPRs) between the plan and 4D doses were 32.90% and 93.66% with 1mm/1% and 2mm/2% criteria. The results suggested that the lung case was unsuitable for free-breathing PBS treatment. A comparison between 4D dose and RT dose was shown in Figure 2.
