Results:

The mean rotational and translational deviations for group 1 of two CBCT registration in (X, Y, Z) are (0.02⁰±0.06⁰, 0.03⁰±0.1⁰, 0.00⁰±0.04⁰) and (0.01 mm ± 0.03 mm, -0.05 mm ± 0.04 mm, 0.02 mm ± 0.11 mm); for group 2 are (0.03⁰±0.11⁰, 0.01⁰±0.10⁰, 0.00⁰±0.04⁰) and (-0.08 mm ± 0.29 mm, -0.09 mm ± 0.11 mm, 0.06 mm ± 0.21 mm) respectively. The mean maximum shot displacements in anatomy are 0.12 mm ± 0.07 mm for the first group and 0.38 mm ± 0.28 mm for the second group.

Conclusion:

The two CBCT registrations of all patients gave us sub-degree and sub-mm mean deviations. Even though the CBCT registration deviations become larger when patients had re-setup before the treatments, the two CBCT registrations still provided us confident setup for treatment.
