Conclusion:
We successfully implemented a process-based system for assessing and onboarding matched linacs for Distributed SABR PSQA. Linacs that are onboarded to the distributed SABR PSQA cohort can distribute PSQA measurements for ‘less complex’ SABR treatment sites to another linac on the cohort. The onboarded linacs were continuously monitored to ensure that their PSQA measurements and routine QA results remained compliant. The control and action limits were reviewed and refined each time a further 10 linacs joined the cohort. The ability to distribute measurements has proved extremely valuable across our institution. Most notably as a process to cover remote sites when staff go on unexpected leave and when machines break down unexpectedly.
