Conclusion:
In conclusion, high-risk subvolumes, calculated by a band of ADC values, show small intrafractional volume changes, but volume congruence was weak, depending on the absolute volume, demonstrated by small DSC and medium distances of COMs. With the application of filtering volume congruence was increased, indicating that these HRSs are often located in small GTVs and spread across the GTV. In respect thereof, adequate treatment planning strategies for biology-guided RT have to be implemented before ADC-based dose escalation can be realized in the future.
