We performed VBA using Cox regression on PRSi-modulated DSMs and applied the Benjamini-Hochberg correction to manage multiple tests.

Results:

674 patients had long-term follow-up (median 24 months, 75th percentile 60 months), DSM and PRSi. 75% of patients had conventional fractionation (60-81 Gy), 25% received hypofractionation.

Toxicity crude rates were 4.8% grade≥2 frequency and 7.5% grade≥1 haematuria.

The PRSi associates with toxicity: mean PRSi 0.61/-0.40 in patients with/without toxicity, p<0.0001 (t-test) for frequency, and 0.38/-0.02, p=0.02 for haematuria.
