Conclusion:
We evaluated the prediction performance of RP using homodogy-based features. Our results showed better predictive performance than the conventional radiomics method. This shows that homodogy-based analysis using machine learning is a promising tool for modelling RP prediction. Based on the result, there is a potential for improvement in prediction accuracy by overcoming the class imbalance problem.
