Table 2 showcases preliminary TGT3 values and corresponding P-values for different treatments groups of animals. 90 days in the table indicates animals with tumor control or without TGT3. Acute toxicity assessments studies using the above mentioned treatment conditions will reveal damage levels based on specific treatment conditions. Non-linear regression will determine optimal radiation doses for desired response and minimal toxicity (MD50 values)

Conclusion:

The synergy between radiation and heat is most effective at higher temperatures and shorter intervals based on preliminary results. Acute toxicity studies will reveal the toxicity profiles linked to various combinations of fractionated SBRT and heat, comparing them to their anti-tumor effects.
