treatment samples (adjusted p-value < 0.05; TRFC, CDK1, HPRT1, DSG2, GPI, ATG5 ). Of note, DSG2 encoding desmoglein 2, a receptor for adenovirus, was significantly decreased following treatment. Single-sample geneset enrichment analysis found a trend toward increased T-cell and B-cell functions in post-treatment samples and increased expression of Complement and TNF superfamily pathways.
