In Table 1, we observe that the coverage difference between the planned and administered dose in the accumulated treatment has minimal clinical significance, especially in CTVs where it is close to 0 % in nearly all patients. However, the percentage of CTVs experiencing overdosing (V107) around the GEJ due to diaphragm position changes may have a substantial variation, with some cases showing as much as a 50% increase from the intended dose.

Moreover, the difference in average dose delivered to the CTV is not so important because in most patients not all the irradiated volume is in the conflict zone. However, D2 high doses may vary up to 3-4 Gy at 2% of the volume.
