We tested Prosoma Core by introducing known errors to the above plans. This was done using a python script developed by the IPEM RTSIG for Online Treatment Monitoring2,3. The errors were introduced for both plans and were the following:

gantry angle changed by +5° collimator angle changed by +5° 4 leaves moved by 1, 2 and 5 mm

All plans were sent to Prosoma Core for plan verification using a gamma criterion of 3%/2mm (20% threshold). The plan gamma and dose deviation were calculated, as well as the gamma for each individual PTVs. Each of the plans was delivered on an Elekta Versa HD following our standard PSQA process. The logfiles used were from the delivery of the PSQA.

Results:

The results for each plan and each PTV for the Prosoma Core recalculation are shown in Table 1.

The results from the log file analysis as well as the PSQA results are shown in Table2.
