Of the multiple factors that were studied on univariate analysis, hormone therapy and clinical tumor size were found to be corelating with worsening of cosmesis as rated by physician and patient respectively among the clinical factors. The results have been shown in Table 2 below.

The dosimetric factors were also studied as shown in Table 3. Across all the types of analyses, volume of the breast either in the form of Breast CTV or Breast PTV corelated with cosmetic outcome. Similarly, larger tumor bed volume also had detrimental impact on cosmesis. Breast-tumor ratio and overdose volumes (105%, 106% and 107%) did not show any correlation.
